Some very exciting news, everyone: Areej Nur is back! Areej previously presented the incredible Wednesday morning show The Rap and is now jumping into the Thursday 7pm to 8pm timeslot with her brand new program ALL CAPS.

Devastating news over the weekend that we lost Daphne Camf. Daphne was a formidable singer, songwriter and synthesist for many well-loved and often-played bands on Triple R, including SaD, NO ZU, Rat Vs Possum and more. She also regularly co-hosted the program No Pants with Sara Savage on Triple R on Sunday nights in 2013.
