Access to the Triple R building and Performance Space
Triple R's offices, studios, toilets and Performance Space are accessible for wheelchairs and other mobility aids via a lift located at the front of the building (Nicholson St Entrance). Our floor is flat and there are no internal stairs in the foyer, Performance Space, studios and toilet areas and any level changes are accessible by ramps. The studios and studio hallway are carpeted. The office floor is generally flat, however there is a short sharp rise in the office reception area.
Assistance Animals
Assistance animals are welcome at Triple R and drinking water can be provided on request. Live at RRR events in the Performance Space usually have low lighting and amplified sound, please consider if this is suitable for your assistance animal.
Performance Space Seating
Events in Triple R’s Performance Space are typically unseated, however if you are unable to stand for extended periods of time a chair can be arranged for you. Please contact reception prior to the event to arrange.
Performance Space Lighting
Please note that there is usually low lighting in the Performance Space during Live at RRR events. If you have low vision and need assistance, please let us know.
Generally events in the Triple R Performance Space do not incorporate flashing or strobing lights but please feel free to contact reception to confirm this for specific events.
Sound in the Performance Space
Please note that there is almost always amplified sound/music for events in the Performance Space. If you are sensitive to loud/amplified sound please be sure to bring the hearing protection device you require along with you. Basic foam ear plugs are provided free of charge at Live at RRR events.
Bringing Children to Live at RRR events
If you are unsure about whether or not the content is suitable for your child, please contact reception prior to the event. Please note that parents and carers are expected to be responsible for children in attendance at our events at all times.
It’s important to note that events in the Triple R Performance Space almost always have amplified sound/music, it is parents and carers responsibility to bring along hearing protection (ear muffs etc) for children in their care.
Triple R is licensed to sell alcohol at Live at RRR events in the Performance Space, a minor (people under 18 years) may be on licensed premises if they are in the company of a responsible adult and supervised at all times.
Companion Card
Companion Card holders can arrange a companion assistance ticket, providing the support they need to navigate the Performance Space. Please contact reception to arrange a Companion Card ticket to a RRR event.

Travellers Aid
Travellers Aid is a registered charity and social enterprise that offers a wide range of services to enable people with diverse needs to travel across the Victorian public transport system, access events and participate in their community. Tram
Triple R is located in East Brunswick, 100 meters away from the last stop on the 96 tram route. There are two pedestrian crossings between the tram stop and the station via the east side of Nicholson Street. For public transport timetable information and journey planning visit: ptv.vic.gov.au
Most trams along the 96 tram route are low floor trams and accessible to wheelchairs and mobility aids. Check TramTRACKER for real time information on which trams are low floor.
Bus
The 508 (Alphington - Moonee Ponds via Northcote & Brunswick) runs down Blyth Street and stops outside Triple R (West bound) and across Blyth Street (East bound). Please check the Public Transport Victoria Journey Planner website for real time information on this service, including which buses are accessible.
