Artist Redmond Stevenson and restaurateur Daniel Saade drop by the studio to discuss their project Order Up: A City Fed By Many Cultures, a new immersive exhibition at the Immigration Museum. The installation reflects on the threads of ethnicity and multiculturalism that have shaped Melbourne's diverse culinary scene, through a presentation of thousands of handwritten food-stained dockets, representing moments from the kitchens of 33 iconic Melbourne restaurants.
