Dave Sweeney is a nuclear-free campaigner at Australian Conservation Foundation and co-founder of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN). David Manne, executive director at Refugee Legal chats about the recent news that Christmas Island will be closed just weeks after its re-opening, costing $185 million.
