The Radiotherapy team is joined in the studio by Dr Simon Wilding, to discuss the urgent situation currently faced by Cohealth due to a lack of funding, resulting in a plight of GPs and health services, and threatening the closure of the organisation's doors. Cohealth is a not-for-profit community health centre which provides essential, accessible and socially inclusive health services throughout Melbourne.

Cohealth is appealing for the federal governments support to maintain its necessary serivices, that assist over 12,500 vulnerable Victorians.

Update: It has now been announced that Cohealth has recived a 8-month 'lifeline' from the government. $1.5 million of funding support will be provided to assist in the continuation of keeping Cohealth's doors open.
