The Breakfasters crew are joined by Triple R's very own Uncle Charles Pakana, co-host of The Mission (Tuesdays 7-8pm), to discuss his involvement in CONGRESS: All The Queens Men, which will be taking place at this year's Melbourne Fringe Festival.

Inspired by the tradition of a politician’s inaugural speech to Parliament, Congress invites eight people from different communities to deliver their own “First Speech”, as citizens imagining the future they wish to create. The speeches are expressed alongside choreography, music and movement to create a public performance that highlights and celebrates democracy, participation and the collective imagination and gives people a space to listen.

"This is an opportunity for people who don't normally get the chance to speak what they really want to say... This is about them giving the speech they want Australians to hear."
