Radio Marinara: Capturing the Wild with Jem Cresswell
The Radio Marinara team are joined by photographer and filmmaker Jem Cresswell, to discuss his latest publication Giants. The striking book is an accumulation of five years of photography from watching and documenting humpback whales from the stunning waters of Tonga, where Jem took over 11,000 photographs.
He shares the origins of his interest in ocean photography and the natural environment, breaks down the creation process and tales from the project, and discusses the beauty and cruciality of the environment of Tonga for the whales.
