Ahead of NITV’s flagship program Living Black returning for its 33rd season, Dylan Bird is joined by Walkley Award-winning journalist and proud Western Arrernte woman Karla Grant to dive into the show’s evolution, what has changed in the coverage of Indigenous stories over her 23 years hosting the show, and the debut episode of the new season featuring an interview with Richard Franklin about the 35th anniversary of the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody being handed down.
