Dylan Bird is joined by Festival Director and artist Robbie Avenaim to dig into Safe in Sound, opening up the music festival experience for experimental music makers and lovers living with disability, running November 1-2.

“The quantity of artists with disabilities that are involved in festivals is quite a small ratio, so I just wanted to balance that out … I have a feeling that as this grows and is supported better, we’ll have a much more experimental music community … it needs that little extra push and I think it’s going to come from artists with disabilities and children”
