Dylan Bird is joined by Lisa Palma and Tash Murray of Wildlife Victoria to chat about Victoria’s bat ecosystem and species, the factors threatening their survival and their importance to our ecology ahead of BAT MASSIVE - a one-night event at Abbotsford Convent on August 16.

“We’ve got 23 microbat species in Victoria, unfortunately lots are also threatened - with one also being critically endangered. They’re highly adaptable though, so we’re actually finding them more than ever in our backyards … or roosting in your roof spaces.”
