Simon Ratcliffe, one half of cherished dance act Basement Jaxx, joins Charlie on Frantic Items ahead of their first live performances in Australia in over 15 years.

Speaking from the studio in London, Simon hints at a new Jaxx album on the way and the excitement of assembling the team for their return to the big stage. Simon outlines the duo's transition from Brixton club nights to global chart success with their frenzied electro pop, which has influenced successive generations, and led to recent collaborations with PinkPantheress through her contemporary take on British dance history.
