The local singer-songwriter performs songs from Beanpole, a shift from her folk foundations into trip-hop and synth-washed pop. Composed on autoharp and recorded with collaborators including Nick Finch (Cash Savage and the Last Drinks) and Holly Thomas (Quivers), it's been hailed as one of the debuts of the year.
