Artist and curator Tamsen Hopkinson talks about Polyphonic Reverb, a group exhibition on display at the Gertrude Contemporary. The exhibition brings together works by a selection leading of artists to reflect the connections to, histories in, and ongoing resonances of the near Pacific, with an emphasis on Polynesia and Melanesia; Next, co-director of Democracy in Colour Neha Madhok talks about the issue of temporary visa holders and the struggles they currently face in Australia -  unpacking the recent comments made by Prime minister Albanese that suggest the new Labour Federal Government is committing to pathways to permanent residency for migrants and temporary visa holders.
