Phil Jarratt is well known in surfing circles, first making his name as editor of Tracks magazine in the mid 1970s, and later on penning more than thirty books including award-winning surf histories and bestselling biographies of surfing champions. We'll be speaking with Phil about his newly released memoir 'Life of Brine: A Surfer's Journey'. Rex talks about ships in bottles and maritime heritage news.
