Triple R’s Album of the Week is Strange Love from Melbourne band Bleak Squad, and two of the members stop by the studio for a chat with Kate Kingsmill on The Distant Sky.

Adalita and Marty Brown speak about the spontaneous genesis of the group and how their debut album’s tracks came together. Each of the members are celebrated musicians in their own right, so Kate is keen to learn about the band's chemistry and how they balance their songwriting between different projects.

To mark the album’s release, Bleak Squad will be playing three shows throughout October. They perform at Melbourne Recital Centre on Thursday 16 October.
