This week's Triple R Album of The Week is "The Worst Of...." by Sydney punks Itchy and The Nits. To celebrate its release, the whole band phoned into Teenage Hate straight after a playing a show opening for Split System.

The band discuss recording the album with Ishka Edmeades from Tee Vee Repairman, signing with Total Punk records and the importance of injecting fun and humour into their signature brand of upbeat, weirdo punk.
