Mel is joined by award winning cartoonist Lee Lai to discuss her second graphic novel Cannon, released back in September via Giramondo Publishing.

Lee discusses her funny yet emotional 'hang' of a story, sharing her decision to begin the book in the climax, discussing the experience of sharing an internal world through graphic novels and sharing the beauty of rage within a story.

"I have a lot more ideas about anger now as something that is constructive at the right time, especially between people who trust each other.”
