Quandamooka writer and director Wesley Enoch joins Krystal De Napoli on Indigenuity for an enlightening conversation about In Search of the Living Library, his essay accompanying State Library Victoria’s exhibition You Have a New Memory.

Wesley looks beyond the Library’s 170-year history to the much older memories held in Country. He reflects on landscape as a living record, and what may be missed when history is understood only through Western archives and collections.

From the stories held by the Birrarung, Wesley considers both the stories held in landscape, and the limits of what libraries preserve.
