Baseline: Dr Moorina Bonini On 'Wowatjumatj Woka'

Artist and researcher Dr Moorina Bonini joins Baseline's Nana Owusu to chat about the exhibitions language to reach with and Wowatjumatj Woka, both of which are inspired by Moorina's life as a winyarr (Aboriginal woman).

Moorina and Nana chat about the work's connection to family: "My brother has been integral for this work, he's been right by my side."

"Family are coming out to the bush with me to collect materials, coming into the studio to creat things... It's more than just the logistics, I see it as us building knowledge together."

Wowatjumatj Woka is on display until November 14th at Agency Projects in Collingwood.
