Birrarangga Film Festival Artistic Director Tony Briggs joins Vanessa Morris on Banksia to discuss this year's festival from 13-18 March.

Tony spoke about the growth of Indigenous film and how the festival this year will feature films from First Nations filmmakers from 15 country including so-called Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Mexico, Russia, Peru, Norway, Finland, Hawaii, Sweden, Greenland and many more across the globe.

Presenting over 150 films across 10 venues in 6 days, as well as a program of masterclasses, panel discussions, live music performances and networking events, this is Birrarangga's biggest festival to date since starting as a biennial festival in 2019.
