London-based Darug woman and acclaimed soprano Sarah Prestwidge joined Vanessa Morris on Banksia to talk about the upcoming Parrwang Lifts The Sky performances.

Crafted by Yorta Yorta soprano and composer, Deborah Cheetham Fraillon AO Parrwang Lifts The Sky is a Wadawurring Country creation story about the sunrise.

Sarah also spoke about her work as a soprano in the UK and Australia, with performances coming up with the Victorian Opera later this year including La Rondine.

Parrwang Lifts The Sky is at Malthouse Theatre from 10-18 May
