Primal Screen turns a spotlight on Stephen Page, the award-winning filmmaker, choreographer, and Artistic Director of Bangarra Dance Theatre. Stephen talks about his 2015 film SPEAR, his choreography work in Bran Nue Dae and The Sapphires, and he discusses the intersection of dance and film. He gives credit to coming up in Redfern at a time of strength in the Aboriginal movement, and the many fantastic women who he has worked with.
