King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard’s Stu Mackenzie and Joey Walker join Simon WInkler and Lauren Taylor on Breaking and Entering ahead of their free show at Federation Square.

10 years on from their last chat at the station, Stu and Joey discussed the band’s improvisational rave set - a live, unscripted six-piece modular set-up.

The pair also discussed King Gizzard's December tour of Australia, during which the band will play one Rock n' Roll show and one show accompanied by a 29-piece orchestra. The tour will showcase the best cuts from their 15-year career and their 27th studio album, Phantom Island.

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard will play at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on 12-13 December.
