Ending as we begin, it's been a year where our heads have been pulled out of the sand to face all of lifes many faces. Through such an ouroboric and intense year, I seek to settle the collective restlessness back into the soil, with feet firmly planted and soaking in the energies of the earth. Ushering in the space for reflection, grief, movement, clarity and hope are the many artists that graced my ears this year. And some whose presence I got to bask in real life. with a strong feminine presence, arists speak through jazz, folk, avant pop, dub and many inbetweens for the tender hearted, the uncertain, the wishful in us all. Guiding us to move through and move forwards into the year of the horse!
