If you missed the big announcement on Breakfasters this morning, a couple of changes are coming up shortly!

As you might have heard, Mon Sebire is about to have another bub – which means it's almost time for her to take a break from Breakfasters. Her final show will be on Friday 9 May, before she heads off on parental leave for the next 11 months.

We're excited that jumping in the hot seat while Mon is on leave will be Local &/Or General legend, Mr Jas Moore! 

Jas began his community radio journey with SYN FM back in 2010, before joining the Triple R graveyard roster back in 2012. He started hosting Local &/Or General in 2013 and has been an absolute champion of both Oz music and Triple R ever since. While Jas is busy on Breakfasters for the next year, the wonderful Hal Langley will hold the Local &/Or General fort. Hal has also been a long term volunteer at the station, beginning as an audio archive vol for us back in 2016. He's also done loads of fills and helped out on countless live-to-airs.

All the best, Mon. We can't wait to meet the newest member of the Triple R fam soon!
