On Thursday 22 October from 7-9pm, as part of our 50th celebrations, Ennio Styles of Stylin' presents: Wheels of Steel, A Retrospective, Live In Conversation from the Triple R Performance Space.

Wheels of Steel was a groundbreaking program on Triple R from 1988 to 1991, exploring Melbourne’s early hip hop, club, graffiti and street cultures, and the station’s contribution to those scenes.

Ennio will be joined by the former hosts of Wheels of Steel: Kieron Meagher, Chase, and Rob Farley, plus special guests: Peril, J'Nett and Shan Frenzie, who will share their recollections and treat us to live DJ sets.

Want to be part of the live audience? Triple R subscribers and First Nations people, can head to Subscriber Giveaways to attend. Giveaways are now open.

ACCESS: If you extra access needs, please don't hesitate to contact the station at reception@rrr.org.au before the event.

For those unable to attend, you can still tune in to the conversation on Friday 30 October 12-2pm during Stylin' via FM, digital, online or with the Triple R app.

This In-Conversation is sponsored by the .au domain - an Australian marker of trust online. It’s how you know you’re supporting local, on a global internet.
