Join us Friday 28 November for a powerful live session from DRMNGNOW, hosted by Lauren Taylor & Simon Winkler of Breaking and Entering.
The Yorta Yorta artist from Shepparton-Mooroopna will perform songs from their project Ngarwu - meaning 'listen' in Yorta Yorta language - moving through hip-hop, spoken word and atmospheric electronics. The songs reflect on bushfires, the pandemic and the 2023 referendum, centering Ancestral voice, sovereignty and deep listening.
Triple R subscribers and First Nations people, can head to Subscriber Giveaways for more details. Giveaways open Friday 21 November.
ACCESS: If you extra access needs, please don't hesitate to contact the station at reception@rrr.org.au before the event.
For those unable to attend, you can still tune in to the performance via FM, digital, online or with the Triple R app.
This event is sponsored by Up, Australia's #1 rated banking app.
