This Thursday 10 July, join us for a special NAIDOC Week performance with Charlie Needs Braces, hosted by Kiwat Kennell of The Exchange.

Proud GuriNgai woman Charlie Woods will present songs from her album NYAA WA, weaving together stories, language and layered harmonies. From 'Dyarrubin', a message to protect Country, to 'Woy Woy', meaning water in GuriNgai language, Woods combines uplifting energy with cultural connection.

NYAA WA is also the name of Charlie's new music documentary, featuring interviews with traditional custodians of the Central Coast that celebrate their culture and highlight the importance of protecting their Country.

PLEASE NOTE: For those who miss out on attending, this performance will be broadcast during the regular Live at RRR slot on Friday 11 July at 7pm via FM, digital, online or with the Triple R app.

First Nations people can email firstnations@rrr.org.au to RSVP to attend.
