The Mission: On Continuing Aboriginal Food Cultures With Bruce Pascoe

Uncle Charles Pakana guest hosts The Mission and chats with Bruce Pascoe. Bruce talks about his future plans for his work, discussing everything from his agricultural project Black Duck Foods, to new books. Black Duck Foods was created after Bruce felt people misinterpreted his book Dark Emu, and aims to continue Aboriginal farming knowledge into the future.

'The whole farm is to demonstrate that Aboriginal people are in contact with their food culture, and we’re determined to be employed and to be the employers.'
