Joining Richard in the studio is Khaled Chamma, the artist behind Fireplace, an exhibition currently on at West Space, Collingwood Yards. Responding to a selection of West Space exhibitions displayed between 2023 and 2026, Fireplace explores gratitude towards gallery-spaces, witnessing art and shared creations.

Discussing his process and the road to becoming an artist, Khaled Chamma is a Syrian-Australian artist working in a variety of pencil and graphite mediums on large-scale canvases.

Fireplace is on display in the WestWindow at West Space and illuminated all hours of the day until Tuesday 21 July 2026.
