Alice Terrill from Monash University comes in to tell us about her research, which seeks to rationalise antibiotic dosing regimens using different laboratory techniques, combined with modelling to characterise bacterial responses to antibiotics over time.

Antibiotics are regarded as one of the greatest discoveries of the 20th century, revolutionising health care and saving countless lives. However, with multidrug-resistance becoming more prevalent combined with the lack of clinically approved novel antibiotics, we are in an antimicrobial resistance crisis.
