Kavil co-runs local label Absorb. Over the Labour Day weekend the label are holding the third edition of their longform club festival Absorbed at Miscellania. In the studio Kavil selects several tunes by artists performing at the festival and music that inspired the lineup conceptually. The experimental format can partially be traced to Make It Up Club, hosted at Bar Open every Tuesday night, which Kavil has been co-curating over the last year.
