Writer and novelist Andrea Goldsmith joins Mel in the studios to talk about the legacy of legendary Australian poet Dorothy Porter, aka "Dot", who also happened to be her partner. She chats about how the two of them met, musical influences on Dorothy's work, and reads three of her previously unpublished poems, "Reading Between My Lines", "Raving", and "Silence", which are included in Red Room Poetry's 20th anniversary anthology 'A Line in the Sand'.
