The Triple R fam is deeply saddened to learn that former presenter Lawrence Hudson recently passed away.

Many Triple R listeners would fondly remember Lawrence Hudson's long running UK music program New, Used and Abused, which ran from 1986-1999 on Wednesday evenings.

Back in the day, Lawrence helped to break loads of overseas indie acts with airplay and interviews on his program. He also DJ'd at multiple alternative music nights around Melbourne, including a New, Used & Abused club night on Swanston St.

Here, we share a chat that Lawrence had with former Breakfaster and Program Manager, Chris Hatzis, back in 2016, about his time on Triple R.
