Presents Einstein A Go-Go
Exploring the wonders of science and its impact on the world.
How and when did you first connect with Triple R?
The program Einstein A Go-Go interviewed me via Zoom when I was undertaking a research fellowship during lockdowns in Melbourne. I was later invited to the studio for an in-person interview in 2022, which was secretly a test for me to become a co-host. The hosting test was disguised as an interview on bees and I was none the wiser until I was offered the role - well done Dr Shane and Dr Jen for their sleuth skills!
What does Triple R mean to you?
Unbiased, expert-led, community-supported news, debate, and science.
Describe your happy place
Hiking Mount Oberon in Wilsons Promontory National Park.
Any phobias?
Plenty, but none that I want mentioned online.
All-time favourite snack?
Steamed artichoke from La Cova Fumada.
Favourite book or movie?
I loved both the Broken Earth (Fifth Season) and Remembrance of Earth's Past (Three Body Problem) trilogies, though I wouldn’t call either of them uplifting reads. I am a Studio Ghibli fan, so I would choose Princess Mononoke or Howl’s Moving Castle for my favourite movie. Contact is a close second, or perhaps third?
