Listen to Cadance Bell and Anouska Phizacklea∙∙
Cadance Bell, writer of the new memoir 'The All Of It: A Bogan Rhapsody', talks about being gender non-conforming in rural Australia in the 90s, writing about addictions without demonizing people, and including a past name that's no longer in use. Then Anouska Phizacklea, curator of the 'Being a Voice Exhibition' at Monash Gallery of Arts, discusses the exhibition which uses photography and audio recording to explore the lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ young people in the City of Monash, and the inspiration behind it. With presenters Sam Elkin and Gemma Cafarella.
