After three glorious years of 6am starts, Nat Harris has had enough of seeing the sunrise and is wrapping up on the program at the end of the year!

Nat began contributing to the Breakfasters as a Friday Funnybugger back in 2017, did multiple stints as a Fakefaster too, before joining the regular lineup at the beginning of 2023.

Not only has Nat kept us entertained with her funny personal anecdotes and observations each morning, but she has also brought a great energy to the place off-air too. The dedicated Megahert has a heart of gold. She is generous of spirit and has the work ethic of a demon to boot.

In lieu of an outside broadcast this year, we’ve planned an epic line-up for Nat’s last show this Friday morning, from 6-9am.

Triple R regulars Rachel Withers, Shorty and Daniel James will drop by. As will local comedians Oliver Coleman and David Quirk. Recently departed Breakfast segment guests Donno and Michael Harden will also make an appearance, plus a couple of Nat’s previous Breakfasters co-hosts Mon Sebire and Simon Winkler will also swing by. There will be a very special bird themed quiz delivered by Geraldine Hickey and Sean ‘The Birdman’ Dooley, plus live music performances from Our Carlson and Full Flower Moon Band!

It’s gonna be a fun, hectic morning so please tune in and send your messages of love and thanks to Nat while you’re at it!

Thanks so much for a huge contribution to the R's thus far, Nat! Whilst we may no longer be hearing you as we wake from our slumbers each morning, we’ll no doubt catch you on the Triple R airwaves again before too long.

Wishing you all the very best for what comes next, love from the Triple R fam xx
