Expressions of Interest for Triple R Workplace Capability Advisor (Volunteer)

Triple R is looking for an advisor to help facilitate the development and implementation of a workforce capability and development plan to invest in Triple R's people, and to ensure the organisation has the skills and ways of working required into the future and to achieve the objectives of the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan.

This is a voluntary unpaid role providing expertise and advice to Triple R management staff.

At a starting point, we anticipate that this will take a total of 3 hours per month for at least 6 to 9 months:

  • 2 hours per month digesting and feeding back on documentation produced, and
  • 1 hour per month spent meeting with Triple R’s management staff of four via video link or in person.

The role will be expected to provide advice and guidance through three stages of the project:

  • Conducting a workforce capability assessment (3 months);
  • Developing a capability framework and plan (3 months);
  • Implementation

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential experience and expertise

  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources/workplace capability advisory role
  • Workforce planning
  • Workforce capability development
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Change Management
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Triple R community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable experience and expertise:

  • Experience working in the Not-for-profit sector
  • Volunteer Management experience
  • Community broadcasting sector experience
  • Strategic Planning
  • Board Director
  • Ability to present to and facilitate discussions with a diverse range of stakeholders
