Join Weatherboard House as they launch the new Castle View EP with support from Loz Irwin-Ray!

WEATHERBOARD HOUSE is the solo folk project of Rob Pechar. The Castle View EP tracks the progression of the Weatherboard House, as piano, synthesisers and electronics add new layers to the previously acoustic project. The quiet and plaintive alternative folk songs of love, hope, loss (and other four letter words) are now accompanied by moody instrumentals and moving solo piano performances.

This will be the first ever Weatherboard House trio performance, as Rob is joined by Greg Steps and Tom Benson to deliver the songs with greater depth.

LOZ IRWIN-RAY will be opening the night. Marrying melodic basslines to soaring vocals and uplifting keys, Loz pulls you into a digestible narrative that tackles the state of the world and the state of living within it. Typically performing with Belly Savalas, Anna Smryk, Pirritu, marigolden and many more, she’s recently focused her efforts on recording her debut EP and is ready to share her own set of stories that will both comfort the listener and provoke them to question.
