A Progressive Metal extravaganza, three bands share the stage to indulge the audience with ball breaking riffs, incomprehensible rhythms and ambient……well ambience!!! Please join us in an amazing night full of fun and mayhem!!

Wallet Inspector

With an instrumental style incorporating elements of progressive metal, jazz fusion, death metal, djent and funk, Wallet Inspector’s music is hard to classify in a single genre. The music showcases virtuosity through guitars, bass and drumming in the absence of vocals to take the listener on a journey often with multiple themes in a single track. The band has gained attention with their polyrhythmic riffing, metric modulation, seamless blending of styles and microtonal elements.

In 2024 Wallet Inspector embarked on their first international tour playing across New Zealand and released their debut album ‘Ephemeris’. This will be their first performance of ‘Ephemeris’ in its entirety.

Rare Olives

Described as “The most accidentally heavy band in Melbourne,” Rare Olives is a chaotic 4-piece Math-Djent outfit hailing from Melbourne. Obsessed with experimenting and forever practising, Rare Olives takes inspiration from the likes of Meshuggah, Dillinger Escape Plan, and Car Bomb. The band’s mission is to push the limits of timbre, pulse, groove, and perception - offering a relentless, intense auditory experience.

Known for their high-energy live performances, Rare Olives delivers with precision, unpredictability, and a palpable passion for their craft.

Releasing their 5 track EP in 2022 and single ‘Cauterized’ with an accompanying music video in 2023, Rare Olives are preparing to release a new single and accompanying music video in early 2025.

Nightmarsh

Nightmarsh are a Progressive Deathcore band from Melbourne Australia. Bringing devastatingly heavy guitars, slamming and punchy drums, with emotive and thought-provoking lyrics. All with equally technical parts. Giving a fresh intensity to complexity.
