Young Henrys and locally loved tastemakers ANTI FADE are back on Friday, June 17 for an unmissable night. Rescheduled from 2021, Melbournians get ready as Best Served Loud gears up to host some of the country’s most exciting and emerging live acts at Max Watts, with UV Race, Hierophants, R.M.F.C., Parsnip + Green Child DJs on stage for a rapturous free-event.

Headlining the night will be the self-proclaimed “avant-tard”, off-kilter Naarm-born rockers, UV Race. Eager to showcase the favourites from their enormous four album catalogue, the Melbourne natives combine the grit and glitter of first-wave punk and pop, drawing inspiration from household rock names including Bad Religion, Ramones and New York Dolls.

Keeping vibes high and also joining Friday’s mega lineup is fellow Victorians and new-wave nonconformists Hierophants. The post-punk quartet have been turning heads with their jittery DIY psychedelia, and will be ready to dish out the hazy vibes heard on fan favourite tracks “Shoemaker Levy 9” and “Limousine” from their third studio effort “Spitting Out Moonlight”.
