Alt-rock is taking over the Bergy band room with Titration, Dear Matilda, Soggy Pockets and PieSale on Thursday the 11th of July. From Titration’s electric energy and Dear Matilda’s Hard-hitting set to the indue attitude of Soggy pockets and the grungy sounds of PieSale, these acts will give you a night to remember.

Titration are a dramatic alt-rock force from Melbourne whose energetic stage shows, emo tendencies and rock bangers get a room moving at every show. Inspired by artists like Nothing but Thieves, Panic! At the Disco and Maneskin – expect a hot and heavy show. Get your gig-face on – they’ll see you in the crowd.

Dear Matilda are a newly formed alternative punk rock band based in Melbourne, Australia that are tearing up the stage! Dear Matilda’s music is a blend of alternative, punk, rock and modern folk with influences ranging from Paramore, Camp Cope, Alanis Morissette, Avril Lavigne and more! Their sound is both aggressive and vulnerable -  now in her twenties, Matilda takes the stage proudly with her fiercely passionate and dedicated band. Her lyrics delve into themes of heartbreak, mental health and rejection with a passion and honesty that is both relatable and inspiring.

WHY ARE MY POCKETS SO SOGGY??? We are The Soggy Pockets, a Melbourne based, 5 piece indie rock/punk band. If you like Courtney Barnett, Hockey Dad, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers or other Aussie based music, You’ll like us! We aim to bring good vibes and great music to every gig we play, and love supporting other Melbourne acts. Look out for our sixth member Gertie when you see us live, we’ve heard that her pockets are quite soggy…

How to make a PieSale:
3 Cups alt rock influence
1 Cup post punk vibes
150g jazz-fluency

1tsp Australian Culture (to taste)

PieSale are an alt rock/post punk band hailing from Naarm, with song themes ranging from hating your coworker to killer wombats. All impassioned and all fun, PieSale gigs will leave you satiated, yet hungry for more.
