THE ZERO INHIBITIONS DANCE COMPETITION

The lights on the dancefloor go down, a bright white spotlight hits your face, your favourite song starts playing, all eyes are on you; what are you waiting for?

The Zero Inhibitions Dance Competition is a no-experience-required dance bonanza! Hosted by Conor Gallacher and Xander Allan (Human Love Quest), and with a rotating cast of DJs and competition judges, each night is a huge dance party, but with one distinct twist: you can sign up to compete in a dance contest and put your skills to the test to win big! (Signing up to compete is 100% optional; if you don't want to be a competitor, you can have a great time at a kick arse party.

There are 2 categories in the contest: solo dancers and multiple dancers (2 or more people dancing together). 3 heats per category, with knockouts being decided upon by our 3 guest judges! You will be judged on 3 things: skill, creativity, and personality. We will release the songs for each heat ahead of the night, so you have time to prepare (both physically and mentally), for your moment.

The competition heats will, of course, be held on the beautiful parquet floor of the Ballroom, with a circle of people around you. Each competitor will be given a number to pin on them, so the judges know who they are marking. In each heat, some contestants will be knocked out, until in the final heat, it's the ultimate showdown. 

Now, just to be clear, this is ABSOLUTELY NOT a contest for professional, or even highly experienced, dancers only. Anyone and everyone can be in the comp! Any dance style is welcome! As long as you're having a good time expressing yourself, that's all that matters.
