Forming in early 2018, the band flourished out of jam sessions in a Melbourne warehouse, leading to the release of their debut single ‘Feels Like’. Following the release up with the addictive indie-rock track ‘Northern Beaches’, The Velvet Club began gaining momentum from live music fans and industry alike.
Their third single ‘Sometimes’ demonstrates the great indie stock The Velvet Club’s musical foundation has been born out of, while also shines as a song to indicate where the band is still yet to head.
To celebrate the release The Velvet club will be putting on a show at The Workers Club on Wednesday 24th April ( ANZAC Day Eve) bringing Reggae rockers STOKA & Funk/Rock act Lemon Daze.
