Is it not, in a way, arrogant to suffer through nihilism? You feel life is meaningless, but what do you truly know of life? Unless you’ve mastered the entirety of universal philosophy and human wisdom, I’m not sure I can trust you when you tell me it’s inherently meaningless.

Still, I believe you are saying something important. You may not be an authority on the nature of all existence, but you are an authority on your own perspective, and by your own admission, that perspective is beginning to fracture. So stare into the void. Find what’s unravelling in the weave of your old convictions.

For me, that void appeared in the collapse of meaning I had once drawn from three great pillars: music, mathematics, and speedrunning. This performance is my attempt to chart what I found in that darkness. Expect moments of mathematical reflection, philosophical provocation, music, and, yes, live speedrunning.
