The Snake Preachers are a four-piece Alt/Rock, Alt/Blues band from Melbourne (Narrm). Spinning splintery tales that are both moody and evocative, with haunting lyrics and killer hooks. Their music leans heavily into old school R&B, Rockabilly, Blues and Gospel. Combine that with a post punk pedigree and some distinctly Latin influences and you get music that is fiercely original, highly combustible and somehow still very unpredictable.

Tarcutta transport the listener on a compelling ride through a breathtaking musical landscape. The band render their songs with astonishing detail and clarity, cramming more melodic ideas into each song than most instrumental bands manage in whole albums.
