Local four-piece The Rubita Band are bringing their soulful, electric, Latino infused sound to Bodriggy this October 23rd.

Led by frontwoman Rachel Kibblewhite, the first woman to graduate with a degree in electric guitar from Otago University, Rubita blend warm, expressive vocals with tight-knit grooves and infectious melodies. Since moving to Naarm from Aotearoa, Rubita has been carving out a name for herself with her live sets full of energy and heart.

The incredible Rubita Band features Henry Smithers on bass guitar, Christian Silva on percussion, and Matt Millsom on drums.
