After last years launch of Mike Reads Live Music Postcard series at Mamma Chens, Mike is back with over 30 new prints to slap ya stamps on!
Mike has been a photographer for over 15 years and through his passion of live music has recently extended his lens and produced some amazing shots of the local live music scene both here in Melbourne, Geetroit and Interstate.

A recent highlight was capturing the legendary the Magic Dirt at the Balnarring Social Club!

RIBJaw are back for their first headlining show in 8 months at Mamma Chen’s to launch their new EP, ‘After the Ashes’! They’ve been working on and refining these songs for the past two years that they’ve been a band and are super excited to finally share the finished product with everyone! Expect heavy riffs, catchy melodies and dramatic songwriting to all mix together into a sound that perfectly encapsulates this era of RIBJaw.

Joining them, we have gothic noisemakers Lazer Lips, with their electrifying mix of punk and alt-rock; and Moksha, a high energy alt rock three piece with roots in grunge and punk, who stand with the oppressed and against the system.

So come on down for a night of exciting alt-rock and to come to celebrate the release or RIBJaw’s new EP!

There will be merch at the show to commemerate the occasion!
