Come and celebrate the release of The Grimwoods latest track, "Nowhere to Be" on August 17th at the Cactus Room. The Grimwoods’ new single “Nowhere to Be” is an angular slice of power pop complete with all the melodrama and self-deprecation we’ve come to expect from the Geelong/Djilang based rock group. The band issues ludicrous statements completely straight-faced in kinship with their 90’s rock influences but there’s a sense of playfulness and a silly pop sensibility in the undercurrent that lends the song and it’s B-Side “Special Cake” a unique flavour.
