An Australian first, The Edgy Veg Awards are coming to the Macedon Ranges this April. Thirteen innovative and creative cafes are competing to win the title of Best Plant-Based Dish 2022. Customers can comment on and score the featured plant-based dishes during the Autumn Festival (March 25 through to April 26) - helping judge the winning dish. In doing so, the customer also wins: every time you vote on a dish you go in the draw to win a weekend away at beautiful Harpsichord House in Kyneton. All the dishes will feature on The Edgy Veg Trail, a map showing where to sample great plant-based food in the Macedon Ranges during the Autumn Festival. You can pick up a map at local tourist centres or see all the dishes on the event website.
